Best Use of Innovative Technology Award
The Best Use of Innovative Technology Award recognises outstanding achievements in leveraging technology within the hotel industry From business-empowering property management systems (PMS) to AI-enabled lightbulbs, security solutions and virtual reality innovations – this category encourages entries from ALL areas of technology, as long as the solution is disrupting the status quo. Entries will be considered for technology innovations that have made a tangible difference to their businesses in the last 24 months. This award is open to operators and individuals from the hotel sector.

Concierge of the Year
The winner of the Concierge Award should have total discretion and integrity, and always be highly focused on the requirements of the guests. They should be able to multi-task, lead a team and engage well with colleagues, be self-motivated, and be a good lateral thinker – when one avenue is closed, they know where else to go. Extra Mile Award
This award is open to a person or a team working in any sector of the hotel industry. This award is open to a team with Front of House responsibility, including reception, reservations or concierge departments. Revenue Manager of the Year
This award recognises an individual with responsibility for revenue strategy within the hotel sector. The winner will demonstrate exceptional commercial judgement, strategic thinking and an ability to maximise total hotel profitability across rooms and ancillary revenue streams.
They will have met or exceeded performance targets while balancing short-term demand with long-term business strategy. Judges will look for evidence of strong analytical capability, pricing and inventory management, forecasting accuracy and collaboration across departments – particularly with sales, operations and finance teams.
The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to make commercially balanced decisions, understanding not only room yield, but the wider impact of business on restaurants, bars, meetings and events, and overall hotel performance. They will show confidence in challenging and influencing decisions where necessary to protect the hotel’s long-term commercial position.

This award will recognise the hotel that has taken the most innovative steps to neutralise its impact on the environment.
The award is open to any hotel, independent or within a group, regardless of size. Entries can be for a single-unit business or for a group of units.
